HF pipes

HF corrugated pipes are made from halogen-free materials that do not emit toxic substances when ignited and are classified as environmentally friendly. The compositions do not contain harmful volatile elements: carbon monoxide, hydrogen chloride. And this allows the use of pipes for laying electrical wiring in structures with a massive stay of people.

Functions and Usage

When choosing materials for HF pipes, Ekooplast takes into account:

  • Behavior in case of fire. Halogen-free compositions do not deform and do not emit acid-containing gases. This allows you to maintain the functionality of electrical appliances and equipment, as well as prevent carbon monoxide poisoning of people.
  • Environment. Halogen-free materials can be reused and reworked.
  • Security of liquidation. Products can be safely burned and disposed of in waste recycling plants.

Main Scope & ndash; open and hidden wiring of wires in crowded places and institutions where it is necessary to observe increased fire safety measures:

  • airports, metro, train stations;
  • hotels, offices, shopping centers;
  • production premises;
  • living quarters: apartments, cottages, country houses;
  • infrastructure facilities: schools, kindergartens, hospitals.

Designs are used for group or single laying of fire protection cables, and where it is important to keep the devices working in the event of a fire (oil refineries, ships, aircraft). The pipes can be used safely in dry and humid rooms as well as outdoors.

Pipe Series:

  • RG HF (halogen free) & ndash; compositions of materials that do not contain halogen compounds.
  • HFR & ndash; fire resistant halogen-free pipes.

The Ekooplast plant produces HF pipes in 2 and 3 m lengths.

Benefits

It is safe to use Ekooplast halogen-free pipes not only because of the absence of harmful compounds. The products have other advantages:

  • Chemical resistance to most chemicals.
  • Resistance to temperature extremes. HF compositions retain functionality at a greater temperature difference (-25 to +90 degrees) than conventional plastic pipes used for wiring.

These characteristics allow HF pipes to be installed in hot and cold conditions without the risk of loss of insulating and mechanical properties.
