Halogen free pipe
High safety requirements are imposed on electrical pipes. Halogen-free pipes "Ekoplast" correspond to them. They reliably protect the wiring from short-circuit and prevent the possibility of people being poisoned by poisonous gases in the event of a fire.
Functions and Usage
The main field of application is open and hidden wiring in crowded places and institutions where increased fire safety measures must be observed:
- airports, metro, train stations;

- living quarters: apartments, cottages, country houses;
- infrastructure facilities: schools, kindergartens, hospitals.
Designs are used for group or single laying of fire protection cables, and where it is important to keep the devices working in the event of a fire (oil refineries, ships, aircraft). The pipes can be used safely in dry and humid rooms as well as outdoors.

Types of halogen-free pipes available to order:
- Smooth single-wall HDPE, HF series. Suitable for hidden wiring in wall gates, floor screed, non-combustible ceilings. Main technical characteristics: operating temperature from -40 to + 90 ° С, installation temperature from - 25 to + 90 ° С in the absence of mechanical stress.
- HFR series smooth rigid HDPE pipe. Designed for outdoor installation and outdoor use. The material is resistant to fire and UV rays. It is also possible to lay indoors on fire-resistant and non-combustible surfaces.
By wall thickness, halogen-free pipes are also divided into light and heavy. The former are used for installation under a screed no more than 15 cm thick. Heavy structures can be used both for private and industrial purposes. They withstand the load under the thickness of the monolith up to 40 cm.
