Expansion of the line of fire-resistant cable lines (FRL)

The ECOPLAST plant announces the expansion of the range of fire-resistant cable lines (OKL).

The Ostec Cable FR Line OKL certificate was obtained in partnership with the leading Russian cable manufacturers - the Concord plant and the Avangard cable plant.

The fire-resistant cable line "Ostec Cable FR Line", developed for fire protection systems, has been successfully tested in accordance with GOST R 53316-2009, confirming compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements (Federal Law No. 123-FZ) and SP 6.13130.2013 p. 4.8, 4.9.

Thanks to specialized fasteners in the line, it is possible to lay the line on a wide range of fire-resistant surfaces: concrete, aerated concrete, sandwich panel, fire-resistant gypsum board, and advanced solutions for direct mounting using the TOUA assembly gun have been developed. The line included various types of cable support systems, which, in combination with a wide range of cable products, demonstrated the line's performance in fire conditions from 30 to 90 minutes.

Composition of cable support systems and switching systems of fire-resistant cable OKL "Ostec Cable FR Line":

• flexible corrugated and smooth pipes made of halogen-free composition of polyolefins (PLL) of the HFR, HFFRLS series, specialized PVC-E90.
• cable channels (boxes) from 25x16 to 150x55 mm.
• plastic junction boxes.
• metal junction boxes, SMB series.
• metal trays "OSTEC".
