Pipes are designed for laying electrical, telephone, computer, television networks made with insulated wires, cords or cables. 

Nomenclature

The range of HFR / PLL series includes pipes with an outer diameter of 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 mm; pipes are supplied with a pulling probe. Base color: white.

Material:

Halogen-free polyolefin composite.

HFR / PLL series corrugated pipes made of flame retardant (self-extinguishing) halogen-free polyolefin composition (PLL) are a modern solution that meets the standards for the design and installation of electrical, telecommunication networks, made with insulated wires, cords or cables.

Certification:

Certified according to TR EAEU 043/2017, meet the requirements of GOST R 53313-2009, flammability class: PV-0.

Distinguishing features

• HFR / PLL series corrugated pipes are made from a halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin composition, comply with GOST IEC 60754-1-2015. Pipes of the HFR / PLL series do not emit corrosive gaseous products during combustion and smoldering.
• The composition includes flame retardants (substances that slow down ignition and combustion). Upon contact with fire, the polymer compositions form a strong, slow-burning coke, which helps to reduce combustibility and prevents the spread of flame. When exposed to heat or direct contact with fire, halogen-free pipes do not emit harmful carbon compounds due to the fact that they do not contain elements from the halogen group (chlorine, bromine, fluorine). This property makes them indispensable for the installation of cable routes at sites with a large crowd of people, where a special fire safety regime is important.
• HFR / PLL series pipes in combination with FRHF and FRLSLTx halogen-free cables are recommended as a cable support system for laying fire-resistant cables for fire and security alarm systems and fire alarm systems, fully comply with the recommended areas of application of GOST 31565-2012.
