Ecoplast ™ aspiration systems are manufactured on the basis of a specialized series of smooth pipes and accessories. The range of pipes and accessories is designed to ensure efficient installation of aspiration systems of varying degrees of complexity. The solution includes: two-three-meter (other lengths can be produced according to TK) pipes made of halogen-free special plastic, metric standard D25 mm (outer diameter) intended for use in low pressure aspiration systems.
For the production of pipes, a flame-retardant, shock-resistant, thermoplastic, composite plastic with high chemical resistance to aggressive media (alkalis, inorganic solutions, salts, alcohols) is used. When assembling the connections of the aspiration system (pipe - fitting), plastic pipes are reliably glued with special glue, creating tight connections. In the production of aspiration pipe systems, specialized extrusion modes are used to guarantee the stability of the pipe diameter and a smooth inner surface of the pipe walls, which facilitates the free transit of air through the pipe. To reduce the resistance on the surface of the product and prevent the accumulation of static charge, special antistatic additives can be additionally introduced into the halogen-free material composition,as well as other connections to reduce static resistance.
