Halogen-free flame retardant corrugated pipes with low smoke emission, HFLS series

Purpose
Ensuring a reliable complex of electrical wiring of low-voltage, telephone, IT networks and communications made with insulated wires, cords or cables in buildings and structures with mass stay of people, including in multifunctional high-rise buildings, educational institutions.

Material:
Halogen-free polyolefin composite based on PP Polypropylene.

HFLS series corrugated pipes (halogen-free, low fume and gas emission) have excellent mechanical characteristics, flexibility and ductility. For the production of pipes, halogen-free compositions of polyolefins are used, which guarantee the absence of volatile toxic products in the event of a fire. The low-smoke compounds included in the composition provide a reduced smoke density, which facilitates the evacuation of personnel from smoky premises. Smoke generation was determined according to GOST 24632-81 (ASTM E662-83) “Polymeric materials. Method for determining smoke formation. The series complies with fire safety requirements in accordance with GOST R53313-2009.

Standard: GOST R IEC 61386.1-2014.

Degree of protection: IP 55 according to GOST 14254 (IEC 529).

Installation options:
Hidden laying in wall strobes, ceilings, floor screeds made of fireproof materials, in monolithic concrete construction. Pipes are recommended as an integrated solution with halogen-free cables with reduced smoke and gas emission at facilities with a special fire safety regime.

HFLS series - flexible corrugated pipe made of polyolefin composition. The composition does not contain halogen elements with low smoke emission.
