Methods for connecting trays |
Connection of trays "daddy-mama" with each other |
1. Joining trays (1) are overlapped (“male-female”).
2. The trays are connected by three screw sets in the following sequence: Screw (3) - from the inside of the tray, Nut (2) - from the outside, from the side of the tray. Hardware used for assembly: Screw (3) - М6х10 (3 pcs.); Nut (2) - M6 with locking collar (3 pcs.). |
Connecting trays using a connector (SLB) |
1. Joining trays (2) are joined flush.
2. The joint is clasped from below with a connector (1).
3. The connector (1) is fixed to the trays (2) with 8 screw sets through the perforations located along the sides of the tray (2): the screw (3) - from the inside, from the side of the tray (2), the nut (4) - from the outside, from the side of the connector (1). Hardware used for assembly: Screw (3) - М6х10 (8 pcs.); Nut (4) - M6 with locking collar (8 pcs.). |
Tray and corner (pivot) connection |
1.The mating tray (2) and corner (1) are butted together.
2.The connecting strip (3) is attached from the inside to the side walls of the adjacent elements of the track (in this case, the tray-corner) by 3 screw sets through the perforations located on the side walls, in the following sequence: screw (4) - from the side of the strip ( 3), nut (5) - outside, from the side of the tray / corner. Two screw sets for connecting the bar (3) and the tray (2), one screw set for connecting the bar (3) and corner (1).
3.On the joint, 2 connecting strips are used.
The connection principle is the same for all angles (turns). Hardware used for assembly: Screw (3) - M6x10 with a wide head (6 pcs.); Nut (4) - M6 with locking collar (6 pcs.). |
Tray to Branch Connection (OGP) |
1. Cut a hole in the tray (part of the side and bottom) 16 mm in depth and with a length corresponding to the length of the coupler (1). the coupler (1) is inserted inside the tray (2) until the sides of the tray (2) and the coupler (1) match.
2. The connecting strip is fastened from the inside to the side walls of the adjacent elements of the track (in this case, the branch tray ) with 3 screw sets through the perforations located on the side walls in the following sequence: screw (4) - from the side of the strip (3), nut (5) - outside, from the side of the tray / branch. two screw sets for the connection of the bracket (3) and the tray (2), one screw set for the connection of the bracket (3) and the branch (1).
3. Two connecting strips are used for the joint. The connection principle is the same for all versions of the Taps. Hardware used for assembly: Screw (3) - M6x10 (6 pcs); Nut (4) - M6 with locking collar (6 pcs). |
Connecting Tray Cover and Branch Cover (COG) |
In the cover of the tray (2) a hole is cut 50 mm deep and long corresponding to the length of the cover. |
