Boxes for monolithic construction

Installation box with a lid for pouring into concrete
The installation box is designed to organize a seat for any European standard wiring products with an inter-screw distance of 60 mm and an axial distance of 71 mm for monolithic concreting, has a side for mounting the cover by snapping in and leads for a corrugated pipe 20 mm.
   - Housing material: PP halogen
   - free - Installation temperature: –25 ° C ... + 90 ° C
   - Box height: 49 mm.
   - Depth of the housing of the installation box, complete with the box cover: 57.5 mm
The design of the box makes it possible to increase the total depth by connecting with the next body of the same box by 40 mm (when connecting 2 boxes), by 80 mm when connecting three bodies of boxes, etc. The strong joining of the box components withstands shock loads arising from the supply of concrete during formwork pouring. It is possible to use terminals and terminal blocks, quick-clamping terminals in the box; if terminals are used, it is necessary to mount them in the box before making the kit. The center-to-center distance for fixing products in a row for a frame structure is 71 mm. The box cover is attached to the formwork with nails or self-tapping screws. After the concrete mixture has hardened, the inner part of the cover is broken off (knocked out or cut out) to form the installation space. For additional plastering of the walls, you can use a blanking cover article 44602 to close the box.
   - Material: PP halogen-free / PE halogen
   - free - Installation temperature: –25 ° C ... + 90 ° C

Ceiling box for pouring into concrete
The ceiling box is a junction box with a steel hook for the subsequent suspension of the chandelier and placing the connection terminals in it during monolithic concrete construction. Before pouring the ceiling box into concrete, insert the steel ceiling hook into the box matrix and connect it with a hex nut (included in the ceiling hook kit) located in the upper part of the ceiling box and close it with a protective cap. In the body of the ceiling box, there are corrugated pipe entries: two 16 mm entries, one 20 mm entry, and one 25 mm entry.
  - Housing material: PP halogen-free / PE halogen
  - free - Cover material: PP halogen-free / PE halogen
  - free - Installation temperature: –25 ° C ... + 90 ° C
The design of the box allows the overall height to be increased by connecting to the box body of the installation art. 44601 by 40 mm (when connecting 2 boxes), 80 mm when connecting three cases of boxes, etc. The strong joint of the components of the ceiling box withstands shock loads arising from the supply of concrete. It is possible to use terminals and terminal blocks, quick-clamping terminals in the box.

End sleeve for pouring into concrete
End sleeve for joining corrugated pipes to the concreting formwork for organizing electrical wiring outlets from the monolith. The end sleeve consists of two connected parts with a lintel, the platform of the sleeve is attached to the formwork with nails, self-tapping screws or in another way to ensure reliable fastening of the cover to the formwork in two holes. Inside the sleeve there is a retainer with a hole for fastening the steel broach of the corrugated pipe (thread the steel broach from the corrugated pipe into the tab of the retainer and fix the broach). The corrugated pipe is snapped onto the bushing entry inside or outside the outlet, depending on the selected corrugated pipe diameter of 16/25 mm or 20/32 mm. At the end of the concrete pouring, the protective membrane of the bushing breaks out and the duct connection is ready for organizing the pulling of cables or wires, inside corrugated pipes connected to the sleeve.
